Lone Ranger rolling stock
Hi all
the following pieces of "Lone Ranger" rolling stock were spotted during a visit to the Fillmore and Western Railway last August. This railway has been used in several movies and is based out of Fillmore California. These photos were snapped as we were rolling past on an excursion train organized as part of the Pasadena Narrow Gauge Convention.

The railway's web site is at http://www.fwry-blog.com/ They have an interesting mix of motive power freight and passenger cars. http://www.fwry-blog.com/equipment.html To me, it was well worth the visit and the train ride. Along the way, you might see this type of scenery
I hope that this is of some interest and hopefully might encourage some others to take a look at this line. The recent winner of the $500 model railway contest suggested a railroad museum as the topic for a layout. Why not a Hollywood "movie set" layout?
