I have to agree with Nathan.

I have to agree with Nathan. The Landscape issues were much better to read.

I think what we needed was not a new Portrait version just a comment on page one:

"Attention all phone and tablet users, you do know that if you turn your hardware sidewise you can view things in landscape".

Every phone and tablet I have ever seen has a portrait mode.

To create a portrait version which is harder to read on a monitor just so tablet and phone users do not have to turn their hardware is a bit of over compensation.

Just my opinion.

I  just tried to read the new

I  just tried to read the new issue on my PC with a studio 42" monitor and all I can say is, "Terrible, Terrible, Terrible". The images showed a decided blur, not found in back issues, and the "portrait" orientation will delight the icrowd, it is a serious fail for those with computers. Our monitors are "landscape" oriented. Even laptops are landscape oriented.

Why ruin the experience of your magazine for a few tech trendoids? Landscape  monitors are the vast majority of in place technology and will continue to be for..well as long humans have 2 eyes to see the world in landscape format.

Please consider making this "Gen 2" an option for those who love their iPads and let the rest of us enjoy the original, better working, more compatible format.

Remember, just because you are a magazine you don't have to be a slave to the old paper press style. Most of your audience is already waiting for in the future of content delivery...landscape  mode.

HTML 5

Is there on ETA on the HTML 5 versus

New Format / Verion for downloading

Hate the new version.

Using Windows 7, but can't seem to get any results, then suddenly one page appears.  Too many options, so it's worse than ordering a coffee at the little house by the side of the road.

Not going to download any more.

Don't just assume we're like those big guys who don't care. Free also doesn't mean you're just on your own to solve any problems - we do care and we will stick it out with you to get your problems solved - but you need to be willing to dialog with us about it.
