Starting this issue, we're adding a comment thread for the advertiser Hobby Marketplace. Most readers check our sponsors page in each issue (page 2), but they don't realize we also have a lot of non-sponsors who advertise in the Hobby Marketplace section.

Please don't overlook this section - there a growing number of lesser known but very useful hobby products being advertised here!

When you volunteer to make a large range of specialized items in small volumes for lesser known groups, like Accu-Trak, Proto:87 and the Traction Modeling SIG, then big expenses like mainstream paper magazine advertising costs can make all the difference as to whether some items can be produced at all, let alone at an attractive price.
