The explanation of Rule 17 is
The explanation of Rule 17 is great. Basically put, for modeling purposes, bright when in operation. Dim (but on) when stopped short for another train, or dim on a trailing unit at the end of a train (replaces the need for an EOT). Dim when in yards or stations. As far as I can tell, off when the train is in a protected siding and unoccupied.
Rule 17 Operations

Why not just have a drop down menu for the star rating. It's much quicker. It can of course have a link for those who wish to post comments. I'd like to rate and then carry on reading your execellant magazine.
What's your question?
We'll try. But this feature is called "Questions, Answers and Tips." So: what are your questions? Or answers? Or tips? Anyone can jump in at any point. Post in this thread if you like. Or send a question, answer or tip straight to MRH Headquarters.

I say this is a welcome part of MRH magazine and hope to see more of it with a half dozen Q&A each month it is a section I will look forward to.

Questions,Answers & Tips
Good tips and suggestions are ALWAYS useful. You are , in my opinion, quite right to make this a regular article in every issue.
General Feedback
Ha Ha, if your not getting complaints it must be all good
I think people are quick to complain and slow to praise, and that is because we live in a busy world, and I guess computer time is very difficult to control.
I get my best work done when the Internet or the computer are down, sadly.
I never miss a copy of your embedded pdf, and have downloaded a month twice on occassion, which only proves that I enjoy the read, and am going to enjoy a monthly version even more so :)
Thank you for putting in the time and money to provide us with such a nice product. Love your DvD's, and am just completing a rewire of my DCC layout useing 21 watt bulb, circuit protection.
Next job is using servo motors for point control, as per one of your articles. I am doing a better job of weathering as well.
Yes Sir, a mighty fine e-magazine!!

I think the feedback link
I think the feedback link should be at the end of the article after you have read it.
I had to jump back four pages to make this comment.
