Unknown Trackside Object
Attached is a photo of a layout with an object that is unknown to me. I don't know what the object is, or it's purpose. It sort of looks like a clothesline with chains hanging from the horizontal pipe. (I know it's not a clothesline :o) Can someone please identify the metal structure that spans above the track?
