Having completed my first layout to as much as I intend to, I've been having a bit of a play. The track plan consists of a pair of 5-3-3 Inglenook yards:

A few quick shots of my first layout, a 300mm x 1600mm ish 'shunting plank' on an N scale British theme. It's a temporary build to get familiar with basic practical skills in order to build a larger and more complete layout at a later time (and in another country, we're planning to move to Melbourne soon). Hence, very simple scenery and card buildings which will be turfed before the move; I only plan to hold on to the rolling stock, track, controller, and vehicles.
