On a related note to Mr Powers excellent work, he mentions acquiring plans for the station from someone, but I cannot find the name.

The reason is, I am stuck down here in New Orleans working as Engineer and I need HO scale plans for the Huey P. Long bridge.

I have checked with the New Orleans Public Belt  and they do not have any thing that is usable.

I do plan to take digital photo's as I take trains over the bridge.

So If any one knows if plans exist and where to get them I would really appreciate it.
