The wording was not current ...
The wording for the welcome email on this page was not current - ordinarily it doesn't say anything about "happy holidays", so we changed it to match the email folks ordinarily get - it's more "Welcome to the TrainMasters TV family ..." which makes it work great for giving TMTV as a gift year-round.
