Short Answer: First, make sure you are a subscriber. Log in and click My Accounts on the right hand menu, then click the Notifications tab. Make sure Subscribe to Model Railroad Hobbyist Magazine notifications is checked. Also click the Edit tab and make sure your email address is current and correct.

Long Answer: Sometimes for whatever reason your email will bounce - ordinarily this isn't a problem because most email servers will retry the email send several times before finally giving up completely.

Our email provider assumes if your email is bouncing that you may be no longer reachable and since sending email blasts that bounce a lot can get you labeled a spammer, our email provider automatically unchecks the notify button in your profile to solve the bounce problem. We're assuming that at some point in the future if you really still exist as a legitimate destination you will see you're no longer getting email notifications and you will want to fix that.

The fix is to log in and go into your profile page under the notifications tab and check the subscribe to notifications box again as described in the short answer above.
