I feel we are kindred spirits: I, too, have returned to Model RR after a 40 year absence. I, too, have chosen to model a near-by (2 miles) rural junction with intent to be as accurate as possible in preserving this tiny village (max. of 80 people in mid-1930's). I hear your pain re: finding pictures/docuentation re: physical features as well as legal arrangements between roads. Great model: After 7 years of research, I'm on the brink of building.
