Eastern Pacific and Coastal Railroad
What I am about to describe is how the Eastern Pacific and Coastal Railroad has come into being. First it is a purely fictitious railroad loosely based on the mountain and coastal railroads on the west coast. It got its name when the large scale club I belong to asked for one for my layout when it was involved with our layout tours. But it lacked a story and that thought festered for quite a while.
