Hole filling. I'm in no hurry really..

Well, I've sat and looked at the various holes on my small pike and would try fitting existing structures here and there with limited success. So a scan through the online pic of kits was in order.. Well, I'm going to have to spend some money on this one..
I love the timber craftsman kits but this area in question is the rear side of the city, so 99% brick and concrete/cement. I have some Monster Model Works laser sheeting but I'd need to spend a lot more than I can for the size of the structures I need to justify even one box car against it.

Ten years later, I start on the other side of the structures..

About ten years ago, I built a bunch of DPM kits but left the unseen half untouched, using MDF for the backwalls. Since then, I've found that these structures as they stand don't fit. So I had to remember what paints I used on the initially completed portions and apply these to the fresh ones. This, folks isn't as easy as it sounds. Ten years is a long time in modelling and paints change or don't even exist.
