Nice, quick and to the point.

Nice, quick and to the point. Nice references as well, just not sure why a ladder would be on that roof as there was no where to climb to. The ladder by the side of the building would br a nice touch though.

I noticed the ladder too

but hey, I've been stuck up there a time or two as well, so always be prepared!! **Remember: there's a prototype for everything!

Roofing Gravel

The building looks good; however, the ladder is definitely not prototypical as noted above. Also, assuming that the lead photo to the article is accurate, the roofing gravel is far too coarse (usually it is 3/8" gravel in reality).
