Wrong date

In the "Selected Events" section, the headers "May 2014" and "June 2014" are incorrect. I believe it should start with "June 2014" and "July 2014"

Yep, gonna fix that (among other things) and push out a fresh copy this evening before the "come-and-get-it" email blast goes out. You look at this stuff for dozens and dozens of hours and you miss the obvious stuff sometimes.

on the 'read online' version (landscape version at least, http://mrhpub.com/2014-06-jun/land/files/mobile/index.html#1),the cover page's 'download now icon' points to a non existing page:
