First, the important part - the yummy!  Peach cake!

Now, the question:  What to do with this building?  Michael said he doesn't want it and is thinking about just throwing it away.  He's going to make a new one with some modifications.

There isn't any interior but a beautiful exterior.

Here's the other side.  It would be a shame to see it hit the trash!

I didn't take any other pictures of the layout as Michael is doing a great job with his postings.

The Rose Hotel

It looks like a perfect railroad Hotel up in the mountains and overlooking a lake! Even in town I can see this as a luxury hotel downtown.

Don't toss it!

Take it to a club! Sell it on eBay (if I wasn't doing Old West, I would totally bid on it) Have a contest here on MRH, and use it as a prize! But don't toss out a beautiful piece of art like that!

If nothing else donate it to

If nothing else donate it to an n scale club somewhere. Do it via a contest on the blog or a separate thread in the forums. Have the folks that want it pay postage and handling. Let all interested parties send in photos of where they will put it on their layout along with at least 5 pictures of different parts of their layout. The should also include a narrative about the layout and how the new structure will be used. Should make for interesting reading.

Elves?

Are you and Michael certain that his elvish helpers don't reside there?
