Bonus extras?

MRH. Joe--

Where are the October bonus extras? I like to watch Ken Patterson in Hi-Def, not the tiny magazine video, as his videos are really good and informative. I know there is a lot on your plate, but an update when the bonus extras will be ready would be appreciated.
