January train show

Dallas Area Train Show - January 16-17, 2016

The Dallas area Train Show is held at the Plano Centre. Next time it will be the January 16-17th, 2016. Hours 10am-5pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday. 2000 East Spring Creek Parkway. Go East from Central Expressway (Exit 31).

Admission $8.00 per person Children 12 and under are FREE.

There will be two full days of clinics.

Many home layouts will be on tour.

Now as far as I know parking is still free and there seems to be plenty as well as overflow areas. Plano is worth the drive to attend. There are also lots of layouts on the open house tours, some are home and others are club layouts. For example I will be in attendance at the East Texas Model Railroad Club during the open house and will look forward to seeing anyone that stops by.
Directions to our club layout can be had easily by clicking on the link to ETMRC in my signature line. The only reason I am not going to be at the show is I will be a host at the open house for two days. Hope to see you there.

It was nice time at the fest

It was nice time at the fest and came to know many new things. Thanks! Got the chance to know more about the new products. Will again attend the next fest.
