Andy Hauser Drewrail

Good evening,

Has anyone else had this issue.  I clicked on the link in this post and received the following warning:

THIS SITE IS NOT SECURE - CERTIFICATE ERROR

Is this my internet security doing this or is something else going on?

Thanks

Andy Hauser

Only had two options

Rick,

I have not searched the message, the only options I was given was to return to my home page or use the back arrow to return to the prior page.

When I get a message like this I don't mess around with it I just exit out and start over.

I'll give it a couple of days and try again later.

Thanks for the help

Andy

Basically ...

Basically, if *any* images have a URL that's NOT https, then you will get this scarey message. It's an extremely minor technicality and doesn't really mean a thing -- but hey, cross all the Ts and dot all the I's ...

with the exception of a very few, you're right, Joe

.. but the few talented hackers attach some metadata to images ( or any file these days) and use that to convey a case of the nasties to an unsuspecting machine... and hijack your pleasant day.

Better that you don't go there.

I trust this site... this warning is for sites that get truly sloppy.   Any time you side-step the warning, be aware of nefarious Possibilities.
