Link Issue

When I click the link below"Publishers Musings" I get a new page started and a error that says I have already completed the survey.

You have already completed this survey.

Using a IPad, iOS 9.2.1

You have already completed this survey

"Error, you have already completed this survey." It means what it says - you can only take the survey once. For whatever reason, your browser got a cookie from completing the survey once already. If that's not true, then copy the link and use a different browser (won't have the survey completion cookie). When I test the link in a browser I did not use to complete the survey, it works fine.
