Judging from the level in the one photo I'd say it's an On30 engine house, but then that diesel looks to be a 44 tonner and I'm thinking HO. let's see what the OP says.

Working on rear shop trusses

Watching Hawks/Senators game and building roof trusses for rear of loco shop. Will post pics of progress in a few days.

I am always impressed

I am always impressed with the detail that can be put in the larger scales, and somewhat envious. I become more envious every time I am putting hopper car door latching details on coal cars in HO scale. Very nice structure and excellent craftsmanship.

Update on roof structures

Tried something new to simulate tar paper roof and used 2000 grit automotive sand paper.  Was trying to get rolled roofing look.  I don't know if I like it or not.  What do you guys think?  Have one roof left which will be corrugated metal.
