Trouble Uploading an Avatar Photo MRH forum help

I've tried multiple times today to add a photo of myself to my account, but it isn't properly loading.  I've created an image 85px by 85px.  When I try to upload it and then 'Save' the changes, it refreshes indicating that no file was chosen.  I've also tried to add a signature line but nothing gets saved.  What am I missing?

Image has to be 30Kb or less. Does your image meet that requirement?
