downloading ???

Don't seem to be able to download using Win 10, with the Edge browser. Not using Flash, its a bad security risk. Any suggestions?

The web downloader not working (green button - it does not use flash)? Did you try the backup server as well as the primary one? Did you try a different browser? Did you try the download link in the online edition?

Also make sure you don't have a popup blocker or a virus blocker interferring.
