Cannot save the current issue to my PC

OK, what's going on here.  I always use the web downloader and then save the issue on my PC.  The current issue does not allow me to save it on my PC.  I use Firefox and never had this problem.

After the current issue opens up it will not allow me to click the download arrow at the top right.  Nada, nothing.

Don't expect every issue to be this big. Our goal is about 320 pages per issue. Issues over 350 pages will be rare - so Merry Christmas!

P.S. While we don't have ink and paper costs to worry about, it still takes us just as long as the paper magazines to build the issue - so we have to cut it off somewhere if it's to fit into 30 days for the editorial process on an issue. Downloaded OK

Downloaded OK straight from 'Web Downloader' this time and opened up in Goodreader. The previous few times I've had to save and copy the link into Goodreader. Maybe it's to do with the time of the day..... Must have been about two hours after Joe and team uploaded it, and everyone in the US was still asleep!
