Tried to purchase the weathering series today TMTV support

It won't let me proceed past the "Name" screen.  It auto populates with my email, and password.  When I try to put in my email, it won't accept it.  If my password is incorrect, there is no way to change it. 

Please help.

Please call us, your email provider is telling us they refuse to deliver our emails. 1-800-920-6020. Call in the afternoon Pacific time, which would be after 3pm Eastern.

Sadly trying to conduct business reliably via email totally sucks these days.
