stone001.jpg A big milestone reached on my N scale layout. All wiring for track (DCC) and turnout control with toggle switches completed. Trains running smoothly, now on to scenery.

That's a neat looking city you are creating there.

I like the spacing of the tracks and the building selection. Keep us posted as it evolves.....DaveB

Looking good!

And judging from the poch-marks in the layout surface, it looks like a lot of thought and trial and error have gone into your planning.  I've been doing some of that myself of late!

Keep up updated on your progress!

Beautiful work

I love milestones! They mean progress to a goal. This picture has done more to motivate me to get up off my lazy recliner and get back to it than dozens of finished layout photographs. It's nice work, and seen like this, it feels achievable. Thank you for this, and send more as you make more milestones!

Yeah, the pooch Mark's are

Yeah, the pooch Mark's are from previous iterations. This has evolved from an "E" to a "C" and now to an "L". Started with flex, switched to Kato so I could easily test operational soundness. It's  a simple switching design representing Brunswick, GA. 5 industries including Hercules complex. No passenger service, just freight. I can operate as point to point but also run a looped freight just to see 'em run.

Most significant reason for reducing was feeling overwhelmed at ever finishing, so I decided to bring it down to achievable goal.
