We're making progress on the case for the TCS throttle. I put together a video that provides some insight into iterations we made getting to the point where we got the first test shots. We're still working on putting together the feedback from these test shots as they're not perfect. Nor did we expect them to be perfect. The idea is to have some of the tolerances loose in the direction where they can remove steel from the molds to walk them in. This is called steel safe.

The mold is being made in China and they will make a small production run there. Then they'll be shipping the mold to Cleveland, Ohio where the injection molder will be making future runs.

We lost a month for no good reason

We lost a month for no good reason (on our part). Here is an update on the status of the injection molds for the TCS throttles. The bottom line is that they went dark for a month, so our chances of shipping before Christmas are not very high. Grrrr. Details are in the video.
