Today I recorded a new episode of News from my modelrailway room. These time entirely focused on my 009 Isle of Skye Railway.

As promised in the video I changed the DCC chip in my Bachmann Scarloey, and changed it with a Uhlenbrock chip with a wire harness, and voila the loco run smoothly. Now I must think if I will hardwire the chip in the loco or if I will buy a plug in chip. But as a conclusion I won't buy a Hattons decoder in the future, because we had similar problems in a Dapol N gauge Pannier that was fitted with a Hattons decoder.
