This will be my last entry on this blog. Moving forward, updates on The Hills Line can be found at a new website,  https://thehillsline.com/

My thanks to MRH for hosting my content for the past decade.

Sorry to See This

I've enjoyed your blog and other contributions to this site. I hope you will let us all know of significant additions "over there". I've been especially interested since many of my ancestors and even some current cousins live(d) in Iowa, mostly Cedar Rapids and east. I will probably pop in now and then on your site (if I remember).

Good luck!

I’ll be watching

I’ll be watching in the new spot.  I can see from the layout on your new site why you wanted something a bit more controlled than and MRH blog.  Maybe you can post an occasional tidbit a nudge here still to both support MRH a bit and remind people to go look at your new site.

Sorry to see you go James..

i've enjoyed your postings and your work is exceptional! Your website is very nice too but one would think by posting up on MRH you could drive more traffic to your site instead calling it a day.

all the best, Brad

Following

Again, I’m following you at your new website Jim. Wordpress is a great outfit to work with, I’ve been very pleased with them. Looking forward to following you at the website, and having my website followers do the same. And don’t worry about numbers and exposure, you’ll get much more exposure on the website. My site has over 215,000 views in just over 31/2 years

Great Web Pages

I always enjoy a good model railroad web page.

I greatly appreciate people taking the time to document and share in the hobby.

Think before you post, try to be positive, and you do not always have to give your  opinion……
