Box Benchwork is done for the stage yard

Box type benchwork is done for the PHX area north stage yard.  Next for this section of benchwork, it will be painted to blend with the wall mural.

Next is paint,  then start on the other wall.

Question....

Is the GS&M locomotive and covered hopper above your version of a very short line???

I’m impressed again by the out of the box way you’ve constructed your bench work.  It’s nice and clean.  It also offers storage area during and after construction.  Very interesting.  Can even be tipped up for wiring and switch machine installation.

Do you have any photos of the brackets that it's sitting on, and how the wood is secured to it?  It looks like a neat way for me to do my shelf layout.

Long wall bench work is almost done

The upper and lower filler section needs to be built.  Each part is just a little over 2 feet.  Then time to paint it all a matching dark brown.  Same color as the hills in the back drop painting.
