Painted the deck girders, piers and arches at Rail-o-Rama, now fitting it into place. Plan is to adjust the three piers by trimming the top layers of 'stonework' under the concrete caps to bring the deck flush with the track on either side. And color the walkways so they don't look so bright and new. I have two masters yet to make -- one for the stone piers where the deck girder bridges abut the archways. And the other for the slightly tapered piers supporting the arches. Once it fits I can take the landscaping sheets out and finish their surface contours, paint them and add water effects. Got good results in a test with combinations of liquid resin water and acrylic modelling paste. Tried thin layers of silicone caulk but just seems too coarse. When this is all ready for structures then will start on the area behind -- there is a lift out section behind the upper bridge that will get its own local landscaping.
