Cannot Login to TMTV TMTV support

I am a charter subscriber to TMTV and have paid for the the next 12 months a couple of weeks or so ago. Unfortunately when I click to login to TMTV to view the ful video, the log in screen just hangs with, on my iMac running MacOS Sierra, just a spinning asterisk showing "loading". Nothing happens. Is this another server problem?

you tried going back again to the video?  I had the same issue when I logged in the first time to the new hosting site, but after refreshing the page, it was all good.  Could be a cache issue.

Problems for me also

I get a "Sorry we are not able to play this video due to privacy settings" on my iPhone.

Try the alternative login link

The login window is a popup using some fancy Javascript, and some browsers have known bugs with that. Also, make sure the URL says: http://trainmasters.tv... not https://trainmasters.tvor http://trainmasters.com. To get around any login popup javascript problems, go to More Info, scroll down and select the non-popup alternative login link. Here's a direct link: http://trainmasters.tv/modal_forms/nojs/login

I'm now able to watch videos on TMTV.
