Negotiations have been completed with the Superintendent of Facilities to acquire new real estate for the Southside Industrial District.

The District took possession of the new space September 1, 2014.

We converted our 2-car garage into a studio and trains get half! Yeah wife! Final footprint is yet to be determined, but somewhere in the neighborhood of 10' x 10'. Current module pictured is 28" x 88".

There is so much potential, my head cannot stand it. I plan to complete and document the current module then do a new build-out.
