Both of those look great! I have been lookin at the grocery distributor for awhile. After seeing this I believe my mind is made up on to purchase it.

The tanks on the left appear to be Grandt Line and are no longer available, the larger tank is a Rix product I believe.

To cbq63 - You are correct the larger tank is a Rix 43' tall kit. The Grandt Line oil distributor is no longer available.

To Art - The oil dist. is a Grandt Line kit and is no longer available. I like the grocery distributor building you show in your post is it a kit bash and/or a kit, or a combination of both? How about some more info on it - size, materials and such.

To Danny - Go ahead and get it before Walthers decides to discontinue selling it. I found it very easy to build. The roof top details are from the Walthers Roof Top Details kit. If it was for my layout I would add a lot more detail and lighting for the inside and outside.

Kit Bashed + Foam Core

This is the original Marandas banana Co now Grocery Dist kit. Cut in half put end to end. The rest is a foam core building with a model builders cover and walters detail parts.

Great models!  I really like the grocery distributor building -- I have ben looking for something similar to replace a team track scene that has an older style freight house.  I like the way the building looks with the partial 2nd floor and the docks.  Very nicely done.
