Iowa Interstate Train NTSW-17 passes thru the nearest thing to a tunnel on the Grimes Line, the Interstate 35/80 and Highway 141 overpasses.

Shipment from the Great Northwest?

Hmm; a Seattle & North Coast box car followed by a 65-foot flat loaded with forest products (looks like plywood?) - Iowa Interstate must be handling units shipped from the Great Northwest.  Nice job on weathering the box car - all to realistic for S&NC equipment, unfortunately!

Car Fleet Updates

@TTX101 - I think I may have mentioned in past blog entries that my car fleet is woefully inaccurate, but I'm working on it. The SNC boxcar is correct but needs to be restenciled for the IATR. The loads of OSB in the boxcar and plywood in the centerbeam come to the IAIS via the IHB.

@Driline - Thanks Frank. I take pride in slow running. 10mph is the limit!
