December RE Not on My Subscription Download Page

Running Extra stops at November 2020 on downloadable list from my subscription page.  Is this a temporary glitch? I was auto renewed in October.

MRH: Give it an hour and try again. Keep in mind we have a bit of a chicken-and-egg situation if the second we provide an update on the website you jump right on things and it's not there yet on another page.

We can only work so fast, and in general the landing page for the comment buttons in the articles need to have a destination first, then we can roll out the magazine.

It is now December 8th and...

There is still no link for the December RE on my subscription download page. I have tried accessing from the bookmarked page several times. I have also tried accessing from the original email with the link. No Joy!

running extra

I did not receive an email for running extra. When I am logged in and try to download asks me if I want to buy it. Subscription runs until may.

Moderator: We resent your download link to your email, please bookmark it because it will never change. You don't need an email from us each month, just resuse this same link every month. 

This site is free only

This site has no paywall and it knows nothing about MRH Running Extra subscriptions, so it will always tell you to buy it if you click on the article thumbnail. You need to see your download link you received in the email from us when you bought the subscription and download the magazine, that's how you access it.

As for getting emails, we have SendOwl send them, but they often go to spam, junk mail, or for some email providers such as hotmail who have their anti-spam filters set ridiculously high, they simply get discarded and never delivered at all.

Make sure you put noreply@sendowl.com in your email contacts, most email reader programs will deliver email sent by your contacts. Sendowl is the provider we use to distribute MRH Running Extra.

Safari has deleted my link, as it only remembers certain stuff (of which I am clueless how it works).  I was auto re-newer last month.
