@artmor46

Artmor46, find the email with the link you got when you originally subscribed or any of the past emails with the link. The link stays the same. Alternative is to also bookmark the link in your browser once you find it in your past emails.

I received my notification email with link on the 4th.

Link for January

I have the same problem.  Jeff is looking into it for me.  It has to do with your subscription probably.  My original subscription to RE ended with the Dec. 2019 issue, but last July the was a special that if you renewed Trainmaster for an additional year you also got RE.  So my subscription was extended to January 2021.  I think it is just an omission issues for some accounts that were renewed before the end of their subscription.

Also no link

Not a biggie but I also did not receive an email link.

I managed to track down the January 2020 issue from a link in my subscription renewal acknowledgement.

The link is not the same as my original one.

I have bookmarked the new link and all is fine.

Gary.

Me 2

I subscribed a couple days ago. No link was sent. I used the contact us form yesterday, and still awaiting a reply.

@Arved: Email comes from noreply@sendowl.com

@Arved … our records show TWO emails sent to you from noreply@sendowl.com … They almost certainly went to spam or junk mail if you're not seeing them. Add noreply@sendowl.com to your contacts -- most email programs will deliver email to contacts rather than sending them to spam. We're trying to reach you!

January Running Extra

I've read the various comments about subscribers not receiving their monthly links; count me in as well.  I no longer have my original link so I'm not sure if my subscription has expired or what.  Please advise me.  Thanks

Bookmarks!

Bookmarks are a wonderful thing. Bookmark your Running Extra (sendowl) link just like you have the link to MRH. (I assume you don't type the url in each time you access the forum.) After that you can just click on the Running Extra Bookmark and see if a new issue has been released. You don't need the email blast to find out.

Come on guys! You don't have to have Joe hold your hands every month. You can take care of yourselves.

The issue is we don't have the link in our bookmark.  I bookmark mine long ago.  But the January issue is not showing.

@Paul

From what I've seen discussed elsewhere, the older RE accounts when renewed will result in a new account. That new account going forward will allow you to renew while keeping the same link.

So if you happen to have an old account, then the renewal caused you to get a new (permanent) account. Keep the old link for retrieving the RE issues up until the December 2019 issue, and find the renewal confirmation email for your new subscription link and bookmark that one as well. All new issues would appear by following this new link.

I did not receive a link

I did not receive a link either ... and cannot find the original.  My subscription renewed recently and I did receive a link last month on the new subscription but nothing for January

Regards ... Doug

@ Yaron

Yes that is the problem, I never got the new link for the new subscription.  I think the problem is when I renewed, I still had 6 months left on my old subscription so I kept using the old link.

Refreshing all links

Sorry guys, I’ve been out of town shooting layout stories for St Louis. I ordinarily send a special email blast with your new sub link for the renews but time ran out and I had to hop a plane. I get back tomorrow early in the day and I will email all the renews their fresh links. When you renew we emailed you your new sub link but if you had it in your head it was the same as your old link you probably ignored it. It’s not the same on subs that don’t auto renew. Those issues won’t show up on your old link. Find your renew confirmation email ... it has your new sub link to the new issues. Or wait for me to get home!
