Joe, the running extra has the dec 2018 Mrh issue attached instead of 2019

I haven't received an email containing the link, nothing in my spam folder either. I got the email about the regular edition being published and available. The link for last month's (NOV 2019) came through no problem.

You just got the normal MRH email blast.

They are completely separate emails.

I believe we understand that they are 2 separate emails/editions. This thread is titled "MRH Running Extra - December 2019" and states "Already a subscriber? See your email for Running Extra link". Which makes it sound like it's available. But, you're saying it's really not?

I just checked my download directory and the December Running Extra is now there. 

But I haven't got my email, and it isn't in my spam folder, so apparently SendOwl is running behind on sending them out.

Jeff, I got the link and downloaded the issue. After going through the running extra for 12 2019 it was joined to the Mrh for 12 2018

As of 1:30pm Eastern time..

Got my copy about 1600 CST. I used the saved link from when the link system was set up.

Downloaded mine this morning.

Dec 2019 Extra download

Count me in amongst those experiencing trouble....I haven't received the Dec 2019 Extra issue. I checked my spam file, nada. What's my next move? Sorry for the hassle.

@Joe. If you charged $1...

...for every time you had to repeat that there’s not a separate link for each issue of RE, all your budget problems would be solved.

Too complicated and depends on a highly organized desktop.

Please re-send my  link, knowing I have to  keep it forever maybe I can do that this time.

But saying something like "bookmark that link" I think you expect we can all do that reliably.

My bookmark management skills are poor, I have a hard time editing, sorting, and saving them.

Jeff: Mike, we're only asking you to save the URL in whatever fashion you can. Bookmarking was invented as the primary way of doing it. Check your email.

We agree

We agree, that's why we're moving to a monthly email that includes your same unchanging issue access link in each email, as well as whether or not you are auto-renew and what month your sub either runs out or auto-renews.

All coming to you every single month going forward to make it as dummy-proof as possible. Seeing this every single month from now on should make it very clear how to access your issues and what's going on with your RE sub.

Just don't unsubscribe from this all important email or you will be toast.

Joe, and Jeff, the present issue is fine. I just discovered I downloaded the correct issue but opened the one from a year ago. Senior moment. I still don’t remember anyone saying I have memory issues.

Update from my end. Late last night, I received emails from MRH and SendOwl that the December 2019 Running Extra was available. Jeff Shultz sent an email on top of that stating the issue was resolved.
