Update Please!

You said available 11/3 late. Well it's now 11/4 afternoon and have not received any notice. Went online and downloaded a "stand in" Nov RE issue. So, if there's a delay, let us know. Or is there another problem? I'm not impatient, just curious!

I haven't gotten mine either. You should be able to download your issue by going to your unique download URL - check your email from last month if you haven't bookmarked it yet. 

Edit: If it's been uploaded yet. It appears that it hasn't been - it's not in my downloads, although the name of the October issue has been changed to make room for it. 

Jeff, your RE sub

Jeff, your RE sub was a 12 issue "staff gratis" sub that does not renew. We've reissued you a new "gratis staff sub" that gives you another 12 issues, so it's a new link for the next 12 issues. You won't find Nov 2019 in your old sub.

We will be notifying those who also had the non-renewing sub that's run out that they need to manually renew if they want another 12 months.

I do not see that my download is ready. They stop at October. I renewed several months ago when I renewed TMTV.

Saw that my RE sub had been auto-renewed, went and checked the SendOwl link for my subscription, and the latest issue was there, ready for download.

Yup, auto renew works and I'm already enjoying reading November's Running Extra. Another solid issue.

SendOwl doesn’t work like that. You either have auto-renew or you manually renew the last month of your sub. You cannot renew “early” ... SendOwl doesn’t have a way for “early” renewal. All you do if you manually renew early is you create two overlapping subscriptions, which is not correct.

We will research what happened and likely need to cancel your bad overlapping sub and manually give you a corrected sub here. Stay tuned.

Before you changed the TMTV site, it showed the MRH RE sub as renewed. Unfortunatly, I do not have the email receipt. I changed ISP's and lost all the saved emails. 

Side note...do not use the ISP provided email client. If you change your ISP, all your emails are gone. 

I have not gotten the email

I have not gotten the email notification for the November issue and its not in junkmail either. So I just found my RE notice for the October issue and used that to access and download the November issue. I also just added the noreply@sendowl.com address to my email contacts book. Hopefully that will work in December.????
