Running Extra works differently

As to receiving an email for Running Extra with a download link for the issue, that’s not how Running Extra works.

When you sign up for Running Extra, we send you a single download link for your personal issue download page. That link is unique to you and never changes. Each month we add the new issue to the top of your download page. All you need to do is revisit that good for all time link each month to download the new issue.

Now we do send reminder emails each month to revisit your download link, but your link is unchanged — it’s the same link we sent you on day one. If you’re not seeing our reminder emails, then you need to whitelist noreply@sendowl.com, our distribution service. Our reminder emails are probably going to your spam or junk mail folders.

But you do not need an email from us to access the new issue. If you bookmark your RE download page link as we recommend, getting the next issue is always just one click or tap away in your browser.

WHITELISTING AN EMAIL ADDRESS
To whitelist an email address, just add it to your contacts. Most email readers will deliver emails if they're to an address in your contact list.

BOOKMARKING A LINK
To bookmark a link in a browser, visit the link, then select the star at the end of the browser address bar. The best place to put bookmarks you want easy one-click access to is on the bookmark toobar.

Note: The Microsoft Edge browser calls bookmarks "favorites" -- but otherwise they work exactly the same. Safari on the Mac or iPhone/iPad uses an entirely different method for doing bookmarks than any other browser, it's best to google for how to bookmark in Safari.

Resend the link to RE

Is there anyway to resend the link to running extra. I ordered the 12 issue, I still haven't received it yet. And I did check my spam and junk folders too. Thanks for some great reading and how to's in the MRH magazine.                     Joe and crew keep up the great work!!

Running Extra

I have my Jan thru Jul Running Extra but I moved from Google chrome to Fire Fox and lost my short cut to Running Extra.  How do I get my subscription to Running Extra back.
