Locomotive is not moving, need help

Hi Good morning

i am very new in model rail  road, from  couple of   video i  tray build rail track with using couple thing but is not work out  can any one help me please

 

1) Bachmann Ho scale 59001 Engine DC  Chuggington Locomotive Brewster

2) Arduino Uno  A00000066

3) Arduino Motor Shield A00000079

4) Decode Digitrax DH166PS

5) 15 Volt DC Power supply,

4) USB CABLE TYPE C 

5) DCC++ install from web side

6) JMRI install from web side

7) Track are attached on programming Track

 

from JMRI  i  can able  read and write on decoder , i can able power on and off from JMRI Throttle but i cam move forward or reverse

i hope this helps

Well to me it sounds like none of your engines have a dcc decoder in them. So you might try putting that in and make sure you are using the address you have give the locomotive. I hope this helps.

You can’t drive on the

You can’t drive on the programming track iirc. 
 

it’s just for programming. To drive move the track over o the other connections.

You can drive on a programming track...

It just has to be set up right, using a 4PDT switch.
