Can't access Extra running

I purchased Extra Running on Oct 1 2018 and have not been able to access this feature.

I'm open to suggestions on How To Access the feature 

or

Failing that, how do I check my account to see that I've been credited for the $19.99 USD.

You should have received an email today with the link to MRH-RE (if I remember correctly). Unless it is still delayed. It comes out 1 or 2 days after the regular issue.

Not quite correct. Once you sign up, we email you a one-time-good-for-the-entire-subscription link and ask you to bookmark it.

All the email does is remind you to go revisit that link again.

If you failed to bookmark the link, shame on you ... go look for the original email we sent with the link or ask us for a resend.
