I think this is the best I've read in my 4+ years of reading MRH.  Great practical tops on the Paper Mill project & the pine trees.  The two layout reviews were extremely interesting and inspiring - love the Grand paint scheme and the live coal unloading.  Finally, the drone footage was spectacular - very unique and informative.
