Nick Muffs's sumacs

I love your solution to making sumac. We have plenty here in southern Ontario and I've long wondered how to make it. While I don't have a laser cutter a Google search turned up plenty of custom cutters in Toronto. Going rate seems to be $15 set up charge and $1 minute cutting time. Do you have suggestions on how to calculate number of sheets of paper required to make a given amount of sumac bush?
