March issue problem

I used the Web Downloader to get the portrait version on my Samsung S5 android phone. It downloads with an icon that is not open able by Adobe Reader, although the file is labeled as a pdf. What to do? Scott Groff

For Android ...

For Android we recommend you get the ezPDF Reader Pro app - can find some useful ezPDF app tips in the video below. The video shows an older Kindle Fire, but the tips for finding and filing the PDF are still valid. Particularly useful is to look in the All PDF folder in the ezPDF app to find a downloaded PDF and then starting at about 10:00 point on the video is the process of how to file a downloaded PDF into a folder on the ezPDF app.

One other note

One other note is to try downloading the PDF from both the primary and the backup (mirror) server. Also, sometimes waiting a day to try the download again will solve the problem - especially on the first day when *everyone* is trying to download the issue.
