What changed?

1. Site look-and-feel has been changed.

The look of the site is now different - one more significant difference is the page width has been increased so 800-pixel wide images fit within the page. Also, when images exceed the 800 pixels, they are cropped, they no longer overlap the side menus and "break" the look of the site.

2. Random header replaced with every 7-second slide show.

Just a question on what happens to a post that I may have checked as being what I thought would be SPAM?

About 10 minutes ago there was a post about handbags and I marked it as Spam. I know the MODS will look at that and if it is deemed to not be Spam it will be 'unchecked'. If not does the post remain 'invisible' to everyone reading the posts?

Love all the features this online magazine has. I have been in the hobby for many years, and recently started converting my layout over to DCC. In the process, I have decided to "revamp" some of the layout and add more trackage as well. In the past, I have gone up to the Cascade Sub above Oakridge, OR for the fine dirt that I found in the cuts at sidings like Heather, Fields and Wicopee.

my two swiches work ok but one will swichoff the power to the track whilst the other one wont. they look different on top any suggestions as to why. being able to swich one of enables me to set up on this line whilst running on the other so tks bshs7086

I recently purchased one of MTH’s new FA-1’s on E-Bay. It arrived within just a few days with the unopened Made in China cardboard box packed within the shipping box. When I finally got the engine unpacked, I noticed that the front coupler was broken. This was one of their new automatic couplers that can be operated from your controller.

I used to have a Kindle Fire that my wife got me for our wedding anniversary. I say "used to have" because once I loaded some games on it she kidnapped it and I only get to see it if she's sleeping. I was using it to read MRH among other things and liked not having a "Lugtop" on my lap.

Dummy B-Unit w/Sound Decoder

This may be a dumb question,...but if I have a Dummy B-Unit that has a Sound decoder, doesn't this unit have to be consisted with an A-unit in order to function ??? Otherwise how will it know to correspond the sound of it's motion with that of the A-unit pulling the train ??? Also, will the Sound decoder receive commands from A-unit decoder as far as horn/bell sounds etc,...???

Has anyone installed on of these Gauntlet systems on there layout?

I'm looking for helpful hints on how to make a Gauntlet Track on my layout.

This would be a good How To for the magazine.
