Hello

I have been a MRH follower since the very beginning, and is just missing one possibility as I look at the Recent posts list:

A check box at each thread, telling me that this is an interesting thread, that I want to get beck to later and read more. This would have been a nice addition!

Anyone else missing such an option?

So MRH, is this possible?

I like the idea

It makes sense to me.

And after you check the box, it would be nice to have a link in the right-hand column named something like "Followed Threads". I know that we can get notifications when new comments are added to a thread, but the "Followed Threads" seems like a nice way to get them organized.

While we are on the subject . . .

I'd like to see the page selection options (when a thread extends to several pages) at both the top and bottom of the page. With a tablet, it is a log of swiping to get to the bottom of the first page to select the LAST page to see the one new comment on a thread with 10s or 100s of posts.

I like your idea Bruce!

Having the page numbers at both top and bottom would be a great help!

Al's post reminded me of a problem I've been having:  I have the "Notify me when new comments are posted" box checked on every post, but the only notifications I get are for new replies to my own blog.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Post a Comment

Gentlemen,

If you like a post or blog, or have a interest in it. Leave a comment. The feedback will add to the subject and it will then be in your  'my recent post' list. Positive feed back is a good thing, and any additional ideas should be shared.

Regards,

John

Makes a lot of sense

There is a lot of information to digest on a lot of subjects all modelers seek.  It would be nice off priority issues for the member and be able to review going forward. This is a problem because of the value of information being shared between individuals. Key now is to allow members to access and prioritize.

Page slection at the top...

I ask Joe about that in an e-mail sometime ago. He said it had to to do with the software they were using. I know he would give a better answer but that is the just of it.
