I seem to be unable to conquer the necessary skills to either print articles which say "Click here to print the article" or to open any of the videos.

I have downloaded a particular magazine and I am still unable to print or play the video from the downloaded article.

I viewed this magazine when it first appeared and had the same problems so I just stopped reading it.

Jerry ... Give us some details

Jerry: We'd love to help but we need some details. Everyone's situation is different so to debug your trouble effectively, we need to know: - kind of device: PC, Mac, tablet (brand), or smartphone (brand) - if a PC or Mac, what system version? Win7, XP ... (PC) or Lion, Leopard ... (Mac) - browser you use to access our site? Internet explorer, Firefox , etc. - how old is this device? - what version of the magazine? standard, embedded, online, eReader, or Printer Friendly? - if not the online version, what PDF reader are you using? Adobe? FoxIt? Mac Preview? Once we know these things, we'll be able to recommend some possible troubleshooting steps. If you download the standard edition, things should just work unless your system/device has something about it we just don't expect. The videos and printing pages should work fine.
