CL30

Guys,

Evan and I have been working like crazy for the longest time, treading water, taking a few steps forward and some back at times.

Wendy has done the core of the admin functions and has seen her family life and finances impacted hard by the "knocks" given by the business environment and of course some given by the very people who benefit from our work.

All of this to date has been a volunteer effort, dependent on the giving attitude of a few.

We just turned a significant chapter in our business today, things will not be easy over the next year but I am very happy to say that my business plan for bringing a micro-tooling ability in house to Railflyer was approved and we are going ahead with plans to integrate a 5 axis, automated micro tooling center ASAP.

This means many of our tooling and inventory issues will be eased and strategically, we will be able to accomplish our goals of prototype accurate locomotive models and state of the control systems.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and forgiveness for our tooling and inventory problems over the past few years.  Now we will have the equipment in house to match our bleeding edge methods.

All of our tooling and machining will now be done in Ontario, Canada.

We have a significant amount of R&D ready to go, of course the initial releases will be what we've announced including a painted and assembled line of the model kits.

For those who stuck with us, thank you, for everybody else, give us a second chance.

Sincerely,

Christopher Howard, President
Railflyer Model Prototypes Inc.
