I've made another video. It's just for fun.

I've bought this engine, a brass shay, in 1998 at a convention. My friend Friedhelm made new gearing, I had to install a Seuthe smoke unit. With "blood and sweat", 5 mm smoke unit and 6mm stack diameter.

Your Shay looks great - and I like the open fan car as well.  Any plans to add sound to the locomotive?

I'm waiting for three sound decoders, still. And I have to pay for them. And I have no idea where to put the speaker!

Before you install the sound

Before you install the sound unit, try shooting some more video with the sound unit driving a set of self-powered computer speakers for the sound track to get rid of the whirring gear noise.
