First off, let me say that I love the ezine, and my limited interaction with the forums here has been excellent.

I'd like to increase that interaction, but here's my "dilemma".  I have to remember to visit the site in order to see new posts, or see responses to my own posts.  It would be great if there was an RSS feed for "Recent posts", and some sort of email notification when somebody responds to a post of mine (or one that I've commented on).

Here's why these things would be great - when I come across a site that I like, or one that I am active on, I'll subscribe to the RSS feed for the site (or forum, or whatever) using Google Reader.  When I have some spare time to catch up with online activity, I'll open up Google Reader and skim through all of the new content, from ALL of these various sites, all in one place.

Would it be possible to get such a feed, or does one already exist?  I searched around a bit, but couldn't seem to find anything except a feed for the podcasts, which I have no need for.

Question on the feeds

Joe-

It looks to me like this is only a feed for new threads as opposed to actual new posts. Am I correct in thinking that? An older post with a new reply doesn't seem to register the additional posts if I'm reading this correctly.

Thanks Joe

Started using it right away.

Rich, it shows new replies to old posts as well.

Great, thanks for turning it

Great, thanks for turning it on.  Apparently I wasn't the only one looking for it...

Old Threads

This actually isn't working as I had hoped Joe.  Looking at the RSS feed this doesn't seem to be including older threads with new post on them.  The example I would cite now (11:30PM EDT) is M.C.'s module build thread.  Since that is several weeks old it doesn't seem to appear on the top of the list even though there are posts only few ours old on it.

Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks!
